When you buy an art of mine, you will be agreeing to these terms:
Payment
• The sketch will only be finalized after payment is confirmed.• Payment methods: PayPal or Pix.• Once the artwork has been started or completed, refunds or cancellations are not available.• Adopts can be held for up to one month. If payment is not made within this period, the character will be put back up for sale.• I will notify you when it’s time to pay for a character on hold.• Please make sure you are able to pay before commissioning me.• For PayPal payments, I can accept different currencies (such as MXN). Prices can be discussed.• If I’m unable to complete your commission, I will inform you before any payment is made.
Revisions & Delivery
• Minor changes are allowed during the sketch phase.• Major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee.• Final files will be delivered in JPG or PNG format, via email, Toyhouse, or Telegram.• If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the commission may be canceled without a refund.
Usage - Allowed and not allowed
• Do not remove my watermark or signature.• Do not modify my artwork in any way.• Do not repost my art without my permission.• Do not sell, trace, or copy my artwork.• You are allowed to redesign
characters you have purchased from me.• Always credit me (Gematt1) as the original creator of the artwork, character, or design.• Do not use my art for AI training, NFTs, or any blockchain-related technology.• My art is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are discussed and paid for separately.• You may not resell a character you bought from me for a higher price unless it includes additional commissioned artwork.• If you use my art as a profile picture, proper credit is required.• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or difficult to work with.• I may use commissioned artwork for my portfolio and social media, unless previously discussed.
About my art
• I do not draw NSFW content.• I do not draw fetishes, abusive themes, or hateful content.• I do not draw humans.• I do not draw suggestive art.• Completion time can range from one day to a few weeks, depending on complexity and queue.• Backgrounds, extra characters, and additional details can be discussed.
• Please be clear and specific when requesting changes.• You’re welcome to create physical items using the artwork (for personal use). I’d love to see what you make!• I can provide a transparent version of the artwork upon request.• If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
